Since he has never known anything else, he does learn his way around, but (naturally) he is fearful in new situations. His mom is a Chihuahua mix but we don't know who dad was, which is no surprise in the wold of canine rescue. He has VERY SHORT legs with feet that turn out. He COULD be part Dachshund or Corgi. He is BEYOND ADORABLE! His foster mom says his favorite thing is to be near the people he knows and he just loved cuddling. This very gentle natured baby is going to need a VERY SPECIAL patient owner to help him feel secure in his dark world... His eyes are healthy. He's just blind.
