Surrendered when her family had no time for her following the arrival of a new baby, Daisy is hoping to find ...a devoted best friend willing to help her thrive. As a backyard dog who had never been on a leash, Daisy has a lot of catching up to do. While working one-on-one with Canine College trainers at the HSSA, Daisy has made amazing progress on leash walking, obedience commands and increasing her confidence. And although she's nervous at the shelter, Daisy has an incredibly sweet side. She showers her caregivers in affection, enjoys the company of other dogs and just wants to feel safe in your arms.
